On a cool, breezy Friday night situated just off Main Street in Norman, OK, local residents take a break from the monthly 2nd Friday Art Walk to wait in line in front of a retrofitted 1952 Ford F-6 meat truck. Inside the truck stands a smiling Jacob Conger in his signature headband taking orders for chicken pot pie and caramel apple napoleons.

Conger is the owner of The Pitchfork Kitchen & Bakery, a two-month old participant in the booming food truck business. His menu features comfort food made in Oklahoma. Watch the video below to learn more about The Pitchfork Kitchen & Bakery.
